How can I contact customer service?For all customer services inquires, please contact Carmen&Company via email at info@shopcarmenandcompany. Please allow at least 24 hours for a response.
What is your shipping policy?Carmen&Company prioritizes customer satisfaction. We are intentional about order accuracy and shipping in a timely fashion. Once your order is recieved, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.
What is your refund policy?Carmen&Company accepts returns but we only offer STORE CREDIT. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with a store credit code. This policy is valid for 14 days. After 14 days, your item is no longer eligibalble for store credit.
The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
