Carmen&Company prioritizes timely shipping for all orders. All ordered placed will be shipped in 2-3 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Carmen&Company does not offer refunds for return items. We only offer STORE CREDIT. Once your return is received and inspected, there will be an email to notify you that your item was received along with your store credit code. Our policy lasts 14 days. After14 days, store credit is not available for returned items.To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
